Chef Stacey Dougan

Chef Stacey Dougan is a renowned plant-based chef and entrepreneur with over two decades of experience in vegan cuisine. As the founder and Executive Chef of Simply Pure Vegan Café, Las Vegas’ second plant-based restaurant, and the first plant-based food truck in Nevada, Chef Stacey has revolutionized the local culinary scene.
She has trained with James Beard award-winning chefs and crafted meals for high-profile clients like President Bill Clinton, Senator Cory Booker, Usher, and Erykah Badu. A trained raw foods nutritionist, Chef Stacey is dedicated to promoting optimal health through creative, nutritious recipes and continues to serve the Las Vegas community.
